Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Wolf of Eat Street platform, including website content, map features, and any future app services.
1) Acceptance
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2) Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you are under 18, use the Platform only with parent or guardian supervision.
3) Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply when published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
4) Platform nature and no advice
The Platform provides editorial and community information about venues and conditions. Content is general information only and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and verification.
5) User content
If you submit content, you represent you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, adapt, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for platform operation, safety, improvement, and promotion.
6) Moderation and editorial rights
We may review, classify, verify, edit, suppress, reject, remove, or reinstate submissions at our sole discretion, and apply labels, confidence indicators, rankings, source markers, and editorial overlays. We are not obliged to publish any submission.
7) Prohibited conduct
You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, bypass security, automate manipulation, submit unlawful/deceptive content, impersonate others, or interfere with Platform availability, integrity, or safety.
8) Data and availability disclaimers
Community-submitted and venue information may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of Platform data, and availability may be interrupted or changed without notice.
Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9) Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Platform content, design, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to The Wolf of Eat Street. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for permitted use under these Terms.
10) Third-party services and links
The Platform may contain third-party links, embeds, and integrations. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11) Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12) Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we reasonably consider there is legal risk, security/integrity risk, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms.
13) Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold harmless The Wolf of Eat Street, its operators, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your use of the Platform, submitted content, breach of these Terms, breach of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive loss, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, and business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to resupply of services or payment of the cost of resupply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
15) Security and transmission risk
Internet transmissions are not completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorised access, interception, corruption, delay, or loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for device and credential security.
16) Compliance with laws
You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Platform.
17) Assignment and business transfer
We may assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, restructure, financing, or transfer of business/assets. You may not assign rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
18) Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement governing Platform use.
19) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts competent to hear appeals from them.
